Shipping Information

Please keep in mind when shopping that many items are made to order and not immediately ready to ship due to the nature of fine jewelry. Please read our Made To Order policy. 

LACIER ships with multiple different shipping services depending on transit time to the final destination. Once your order is ready to ship, LACIER and shipping partners will process and ship your order in a timely manner, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Transit times are based on your location, the shipping service used, and any delays the shipping service may be experiencing due to COVID-19, holiday rushes, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances. We always do our best to pick the fastest and most economical shipping option. 

If you’ve placed an order with multiple items, your order may come from multiple destinations and may arrive in more than one shipment. Once your order, or a portion of your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please note, all processing times are subject to change and/or delay due to credit card authorization and item availability. During high season and promotional periods, delivery might take a little longer. 

We understand the value of fine jewelry and will always ship packages with insurance. Lacier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are dispatched from Lacier and partner shippers.
