Returns Information

Out of respect to the makers of these fine jewelry pieces, each designer at LACIER has a different return policy. In some cases, you may return pieces for a full refund and in some cases pieces will be final sale. Returns information for each item can be found on the product page under the product description.

If you would like to make a return or have questions about a designer's return policy, please reach out to us at hello@lacier.com with your your name and order number.

Please note, not all returns will be eligible based on the following information.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: Any items that say they are final sale in the product description on the product page, all discounted/sale merchandise with any percentage of discount (ie. if the item has a sale price, it is not eligible for return), any personalized, engraved, or custom items, and any items with evidence of being used and are no longer in new, sellable condition (ie. worn items, altered items, damaged packaging, soiled items, etc.). We have the right to refuse any return based on the condition in which it is received. 

Due to the cost of insured shipping for fine jewelry, there will be a $10 shipping and restocking fee for every returned item, unless you are exchanging the item for a different size or something new.

To make an exchange on an eligible item, please follow our return instructions and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange. 

If you received a damaged or defective product, or, the item that you received was not what you ordered, please contact email hello@lacier.com and have your order number ready and we're happy to assist you.
